Ingredients
- 1 kg goat meat, bone-in, cut into large chunks
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, for serving

Prepare a charcoal grill and let the coals burn until they are covered with a layer of white ash.

Season the goat meat generously with salt and black pepper.

Place the meat on the grill. Cook for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char on the outside.
