Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 2 cups boiled maize kernels
- 1 cup boiled beans (e.g., kidney beans)
- 2 cups chopped pumpkin leaves or spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a pan, heat the butter/oil and sauté the onions until soft.

Add the chopped pumpkin leaves/spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.

Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

Add the boiled maize, beans, and the cooked greens mixture to the mashed potatoes.
